The Bible Says What! (The Gospel of Mark Sample).

Mark 1
– 4- 8) John alerts the people that the Messiah is coming. One greater than he.
– 9- 11) Jesus says, baptized by John, the heavens open, the Holy Spirit comes down on Jesus.
[Implies only Jesus on this happen].
– 12- 13) Jesus was tempted forty days, where the wild animals were. Angels took care of him.
– 16- 18) Jesus called Andrew and Simon to follow him as they were fishing.
– 19- 20) Then he called James and John while they were also fishing.
– 21- 26) The next day Jesus went to the temple to pray, and cast out an evil spirit from a man.
– 29- 31) They then went to Peter’s house where Jesus cured Peter’s mother-in-law’s fever.
– 38- 39) The next day Jesus set out to spread the good news to all the towns nearby.
– 40- 41) A leprous man said, if you are willing you can make me clean. Jesus says, I am willing Dan the man is told to go to the temple and offer what was commanded by Moses.
[These procedures were outlined in (Leviticus 14)].

Mark 2
– 3-12) Jesus Heals a Man Lowered Through The Roof.
– 13-22) Jesus calls Matthew and has a banquet at his house that night. Jesus is questioned about eating with sinners, fasting and his new followers.
– 23- 28) Jesus is questioned about picking grain on the Sabbath.
[The 4th commandment says honor the Sabbath. (Exodus 35:15) says working on the Sabbath is punishable by death. (Isaiah 58:13-14) says do not do your own thing on the Sabbath].

Mark 3
– 5-6) Jesus heals a crippled man’s hand on the Sabbath in the synagogue.
– 13-19) Jesus picks out his 12 disciples. Jesus renames Simon, Peter.
[Where’s Nathaniel, that said Jesus was the son of God in John]?
– 27-30) Jesus gives the parable of the strongman.
– 31-35) Jesus ask, who is my mother? Who is my brother? They are whoever does God’s will.
[Is this following the 5th commandment]?

Mark 4
– 1-9) Jesus began to teach the parable of the farmer sewing seed.
– 10-12) Jesus says, he speaks in parables so that the people do not turn and be forgiven.
[I thought Jesus came so the people would turn their lives around and be forgiven]?
– 21-25) Jesus says, no one lights a lamp and puts it under a basket, no, they place the lamp on top of the dresser to light everything.
– 30-32) Jesus Give the Parable of the Mustard Seed.
– 35-41) Jesus is asleep when a storm breaks out on the boat, he wakes up and rebukes the storm.

Mark 5
– 2) Jesus is approached by a demon possessed man.
– 9-13) Jesus allowed the demons to go into the pigs, the pigs committed suicide.
– 14-17) The people then asked Jesus to leave their land.
– 22-24) When Jesus returned, a synagogue leader asked him to please come help his dying daughter.
– 25-34) On the way there, a woman with an issue of blood touched Jesus and was healed.
– 35) Then the people told the synagogue leader, leave Jesus alone, your daughter has died.
– 37-42) Jesus went into the man’s house, and brought his daughter back to life.

Mark 6
– 4) Jesus says, the prophet is not accepted in his own hometown.
– 7-8) Jesus sends out his disciples two at a time to preach the gospel. Only take a staff.
– 16-27) John the Baptist is beheaded.
– 37-43) Jesus feeds 5000 with five loaves and two fish.
– 48-51) Only Jesus walks on water.

Mark 7
– 2-6) The Pharisees questioned Jesus about him and his disciples not washing before eating.
– 15-16) Jesus says, what goes in comes out, but what comes out the mouth comes out of the heart.
– 29-30) Jesus heals the Canaanite woman daughter.
[In other Gospels, this woman is a Samaritan]?
– 32-35) Jesus heals a deaf and mute man, by sticking his finger in his ear, and spitting on his tongue.

Mark 8
– 5- 11) Jesus feeds 4000.
– 11- 13) The Pharisees asked for sign, Jesus does not reference Jonah.
– 23- 25) Jesus heals a blind man by spitting in his eye.
– 29) Peter declares Jesus is the Messiah, but does not get a name change.
– 32- 33) Jesus says, get behind me Satan to Peter.

Mark 9
– 2- 3) six days later they witnessed Jesus Transfiguration.
[This is 8 days in ( Luke 9:28-29)].
– 17- 18) The man says his son is possessed by a demon.
[Jesus get offended when the man said help me “If You Can”]
– 23) Jesus replies, Anything Is Possible If a Person believes.
– 24) The father answered, I Do believe Help Me with My Unbelief.
– 30- 35) Jesus predicts his death again, and says, if you want to be great, take the least position.
[It is confusing to me the non-understanding of Jesus death to his disciples, after he has predicted it and told them multiple times].
– 43- 47) Jesus says, if your eyes/hand cause you to sin cut it off, do not let it send you to hell.
– 49) Jesus says, Everyone Will Be Tested with Fire.

Mark 10
– 6-9) Jesus says, man and wife become one flesh. Let no man split apart what God has put together.
– 21) Jesus told the rich young ruler to sell everything and follow him.
– 27) Jesus says, with men it is impossible, but with God all things are possible.
– 29-30) Jesus says, to he whom believes, his reward is one hundred fold of persecution in this life.
– 37) James and John ask to be seated on the right and left of Jesus.
– 43-45) Jesus says, the one that wants to be the greatest, must be the one who serves the most.
– 52) Jesus heals blind Bartimaeus.

Mark 11
– 5) Some bystanders ask why they were taking the donkeys, not the owners.
– 7-11) Jesus triumphant entry into the temple.
– 12-14) Jesus cursed the fig tree, even though he knew it was too early for fruit to be there.
– 15) Jesus flip over the money changers and sellers table in the temple.
[Is this following the (Isaiah 42:2-3) prophecy]?
– 20) Jesus curses the fig tree, but it does not wither until the next day, not immediately.
– 27-35) Jesus authority questioned.

Mark 12
– 1- 12) Jesus tells the parable of the wicked farmers.
– 15-19) Jesus says, give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar.
– 18 – 27)) Jesus asked the question about the seven brothers and one wife.
– 28-34)) Jesus asked the question about the most important commandment. Jesus replies, love God with all of your being, and love your neighbor as yourself.

Mark 13
– 2) Jesus says, the temple will be destroyed and that not one stone will stand upon another.
– 6) Jesus says, don’t let no one deceive you, many people would claim to be the Messiah.
– 7-8)) Jesus says, there will be wars and rumors of wars, but do not panic. Jesus says, there will be worldwide calamities, which is just the beginning of the birth pains.
– 9) Jesus says, When These Things Happen, His Followers Will Be Persecuted by the Governments.
[The “Noahide Laws” reinstated in the United States, hundreds of guillotines are purchased. The research might shock you].
– 13) Jesus says, the one that endures to the end will be saved.
– 14) Jesus says, when they see the desolation in the temple, to flee and not return.
[Jesus Calls the Desolation a “He”. This is referring to the desolation prophesied in (Daniel 9:24-7)].
– 22) Jesus says, many false prophets will perform great signs, don’t be fooled.
– 26) Jesus says, then, everybody will see the Son of Man coming with great power on the cloud.
– 27) Jesus says, he will come and gather all his chosen ones from all over the world.
[It is the rapture]?
– 30) Jesus says, That His Current Generation Will Not Pass Away until These Things Happen.
– 32) Jesus says, only the father knows when the thing will take place.

Mark 14
– 1) The Pharisees and the elders met at Caiaphas house to plot against killing Jesus.
– 3) A woman came and anointed Jesus with perfume over his head, not his feet, and with her hair.
– 10-11) Judas is paid to betray Jesus.
– 12-25)) Jesus at the Last Supper.
– 26-31) Jesus tells Peter he will deny him.
– 32- 33) Jesus goes to the garden of Gethsemane with James, John and Peter.
– 34) Jesus says, His Soul Was Crushed with Grief, to the Point of Death.
– 37- 38) Jesus returns to find his disciples sleep, He Says the Spirit Is Willing, but the Flesh Is Weak.
– 41) Jesus Asked three Times That the Cup Be Removed from Him, He Did Not Want to Suffer.
[Jesus had a resisting feeling to the suffering, shame condemnation and pain coming to him].
– 43-50) Judas betrays Jesus, Jesus is arrested, Peter cuts off someone’s ear.
– 62) Jesus is asked is he the Messiah, he replies “I Am”.
[Jesus declares to be that “I Am” again].
– 66-72) Peter denies Jesus. But Jesus doesn’t look at him reminding him, Peter remembers himself.

Mark 15
– 6-11) The crowd asked Pilate to release Barabbas.
– 12-15) Barabbas is released , and Jesus is handed over to be flogged and prepared for crucifixion.
– 16- 20) Jesus is tormented and mocked by the Roman soldiers with a crown of thorns.
– 21-32) Jesus led to his crucifixion, Simon helped him carry the cross, he is nailed to the cross.
– 34- 37) At three o’clock, Jesus cries out, my God my God why have you forsaken me. Then dies.
– 38) At that moment, the curtain on the temple was torn from top to bottom.
[The Roman soldier then confessed Jesus was the son of God]
[the women following were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James and salome.
– 43-Joseph of Arimathea went to Pilate and asked for Jesus body to bury in his own tomb.
– The next day on the Sabbath, guards were placed in front of Jesus tomb.

Mark 16
– 1- 4) When the Sabbath ended Mary Magdalene, Mary mother of James, and Salome brought spices to anoint Jesus body, and the tumor was open.
– 5-7) They entered the tomb, and saw an Angel that told them to tell the disciples Jesus has risen.
– 8) The women ran away and told no one for they were too afraid.
[PSA] THE FOLLOWING VERSES WERE NOT FOUND IN THE EARLIEST MANUSCRIPTS OF THE BOOK OF MARK.
– 9- 11) Mary Magdalene was the first to see Jesus, and told the other disciples what she saw.
– 12-13) Jesus appear to two of his other followers, they told the others, but they didn’t believe.
– 14) Then Jesus appeared to the eleven disciples and rebuked them for not believing.
– 15-16) Jesus told them to preach the gospel all over the world, and show miraculous signs.
– 19) After Jesus says these things, he was taken up into heaven, and set at the right hand of God.
